Terrible Service

I order 2gs of Congolese Wax and I was told that the driver was gunna be here in 1hour , I waited, over 1hr went by n I re messaged asking where the driver was, I was then told that the drive would take another half an hour and took about another 45min. When the driver finally arrived and pulled up was arrogant and would not sell me product because I had no id on me but had sent photo proof since I wasn't currently at home. Very disappointed after I waited almost 2hours.
